Africa Prudential PLC Declares 2025 Charter, Commits to Exceed Shareholders, Clients Expectations

Africa Prudential PLC, (A.P)a leading Registrars in Nigeria has declared its charter for year 2025, vowing to deliver services that will exceed clients and Shareholders expectations.
The Managing Director/CEO, Africa Prudential PLC, Dr. Catherine Nwosu made this declaration in her new year message to all Shareholders nationwide and the diaspora.
In her letter, she thanked Shareholders for their unwavering trust and support year 2024 which she described as extraordinary year and promised to exceed the stellar performance of 2024 in the new year.

Specifically,in the new year 2025, She said that A. P will deploy operational excellence, unmatched customer service, enhanced digital tools and innovation like the invearn, and platforms that are fast,reliable, and user friendly to deliver services that will exceed their expectations.

In her words: “Your confidence drives us to deliver exceptional value and continuously improve your experience as Shareholders.”
Reviewing the outgone year she said that Africa Prudential prioritized enhancing the services Shareholders received from the company; ensuring that shareholder satisfaction remains at the heart of everything the company does.
This shareholder priority resulted in A.P’s record breaking financial performance as it’s profit before taxation (PBT) as at November soared 86 percent above the full year audited PBT of 2023. This is a testament of our relentless focus on optimizing internal efficiencies and driving growth.

This stellar performance has strengthened investor confidence, has elevated A. P as one of the top gainers in the capital market as it’s share price surged from N5 in January to N15 in December 2024.
